Banana Sushi Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large flour tortilla whole wheat or white
  • 1 whole banana peeled
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or creamy nut butter of choice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional topping

  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Lay the tortilla flat and spread the peanut butter evenly over the surface.
  2. Sprinkle any seeds, nuts, or chocolate chips over the peanut butter if using.
  3. Place the peeled banana on one edge of the tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the banana until you reach the other side.
  5. Slice the roll into 1-inch thick rounds using a sharp knife.
  6. Serve immediately or pack in a lunchbox.

Notes

  • Warm the tortilla for 10 seconds to prevent cracking.
  • Use a serrated knife for cleaner cuts.
