Ingredients
  

  • 1 box white cake mix (plus oil, water, eggs)
  • 0.5 cup vanilla frosting
  • 12 oz pink candy melts
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil for thinning chocolate
  • 2 tbsp white nonpareil sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Bake the cake according to package instructions and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into a fine texture in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in the frosting by hand until the dough holds together firmly.
  4. Roll the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and chill for 15 minutes.
  5. Melt the candy coating with oil until smooth.
  6. Dip sticks into candy, insert into balls, and chill again for 5 minutes.
  7. Coat each cake pop in the pink candy, shake off excess, and top with sprinkles.
